Do not let the flash from the photo above lend you to believe these Espresso Martini's were super creamy.... that's NOT my style. My girlfriends and I DIE for Espresso's when we go out, so we decided to share recipes in our group chat to mix up at home. It took a few trials (and i'm still perfecting it) to get the correct flavor/ constancy but these were pretty good.
Remember good cocktails are balanced so you SHOULD measure the ingredients.
Pro Tip* a full shot glass is usually 2 ounces. We ended up doubling our batch because we didn't use the correct measurements.. and well I'm sure you can figure out how that went.
Pro Tip* Put ice in martini glass with cold water to chill while you are mixing cocktails. Dump out when ready to pour.
2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
1 ounce Kahlua
.25 ounce Frangelico
.25 ounce Bailey
1 ounce espresso
shaken over ice, chocolate rim to taste.
