As someone who loves to eat, drink and be merry .. I can relate to the struggle of stress eating (or over eating in general.)

As we approach the 4th quarter of the pandemic and the holidays the options of eating or celebrating become endless.

At the end of the day, be kind to yourself and keep it simple. Sometime i get so caught up in what i think i should be doing or that I'm not doing it "right" i forget to just breathe and listen to my body.
