TODAY WE CELEBRATE CEREAL!

OK I love cereal! It might be one of the perfect foods. You can stay healthy like Wheaties, Special K, or Corn Flakes. You can get a little sweeter with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted Mini Wheats, or Frosted Flakes. You can also get a full blown sugar rush with Lucky Charms, Cookie Crisp, or CoCo Puffs! It is good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!  My favorites ... the adult in me loves life, but the 12 yr old boy in me is down for a bowl of Lucky Charms...
