Several food joints and one gym are suing New York City over their indoor vaccine mandates. The restaurants involved in the lawsuit are:
Deluca's Italian Restaurant
Max's Esca in Staten Island
Pasticceria Rocco in Brooklyn.
The Independent Restaurant Owners Association Rescue and two gyms, Evolve-33 and Staten Island Judo Jujitsu, are also part of the lawsuit against New York City.
The lawsuit was filed earlier this week and has the backing and support of several Republican Politicians.
The lawsuit comes shortly after NYC Mayor de Blasio announced that all employees and patrons wanting to walk into a gym, restaurant, or performance venue would have to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
