How I Lost Nearly 20 Pounds In 22 Days

I look like I'm 6 months pregnant. Seriously. That's how ridiculous my gut looks. I realized recently I needed to make a change if I wanted to lose weight and get back in shape instead of a being a shape. Round is that shape by the way. ANYHOO! I hit up Dr. Sam over at Doctor's Health Solutions in Northern Kentucky and he helped me get on the right track. The best part is that I was able to eat all the things I liked and didn't have to only drink shakes or jump on a strict juice cleanse on Day 1. I've been eating everything I liked and still managed to lose the weight. The best part is that I've been constantly texting Lisa Forlenza who is part of the program as well. Within a minute or 2 of hitting her up asking "Yo, can I eat this or nah?" she writes back with an immediate answer.


Within the first 9 days of my program I lost 10 pounds, gained 7 pounds of muscle and dropped 4% body fat. There wasn't any surgery, no weird wraps or other uncomfortable things. 

Every morning I eat a 2 egg omelette with a variation of spinach, red peppers, grilled chicken and pico de gallo. For lunch I could eat grilled chicken with greens or even a grilled chicken salad. I love chicken btw in case you didn't notice that pattern by now. If I wanted to have a burger, I technically could've had a burger. That's the beauty of this program. Hell, I can even drink beer, but like anything else I have to do it in moderation. I'm fully focused since the plan started April 25th. I plan on doing this for about 7 weeks in total and hope to lose 40+ pounds by June 15th. My goal is to hit 198 pounds and stay there. The main goal is to MAINTAIN THE WEIGHT!
