ISIS is claiming responsibility for the suicide bomb attack that killed 22 people and injured 59 in Manchester, England last night. The terrorist monitoring group SITE has posted the claim on Twitter today. It reads, "One of the soldiers of the Caliphate was able to place an explosive device within a gathering of the Crusaders."
Police say a 23-year-old man has been arrested in South Manchester in connection with the attack.
