Teddi Mellencamp is hopeful that she has only six weeks of treatment left before she is officially cancer-free!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently posted a health update on Instagram, revealing that all of her stage 4 tumors have either "shrunk or disappeared."
"One update I couldn’t wait to share! All tumors stage 4 (metastasized melanoma in my brain and lungs) shrunk or disappeared, so I have 6ish more weeks of immunotherapy, and doctors believe I will be healed if everything stays on course."
The standout was given the exciting news during her latest scan.
"I just finished with all of my scans, and my tumors have significantly shrunk, which doctors believe means that this all will work and that I will be back to myself and feeling good. I have two more sessions of immunotherapy, and then, hopefully, I am done. I am going to keep a positive outlook because that's the way my doctor just spoke to me."
The doctor also assured Teddi that she "got that Mellencamp blood, so you're good!"
The reality star finished her message by thanking fans who have offered her prayers as she continues to battle melanoma.
"Thank you to everyone who has sent their love, prayers, and positivity."
