Kylie Jenner Teaches Baby Stormi How To Say "Kylie Cosmetics"

Remember last year when Kylie Jenner's fans couldn't stop theorizing about what she would name her daughter? One of the most popular fan theories was that Kylie was going to pick "Butterfly" as her first child's moniker. Another popular, though far sillier, theory was that the makeup mogul was going to name her baby after her cosmetics empire and call her Lip-Kit. This didn't pan out, of course, and Kylie announced her daughter's name, Stormi Webster, on Instagram a few days after her birth.

Just because Kylie didn't name Stormi after Kylie Cosmetics, though, doesn't mean she hasn't already started prepping the 9-month-old to take over the company one day. In a new video posted to Instagram, Stormi can be seen holding onto the latest Kylie Cosmetics Holiday collection as her mom tries to teach her how to say "Kylie Cosmetics" as her first words

Stormi gives it her best shot, but decides to go another route and say "Dada" instead, which is actually pretty cute. Stormi's dad, Travis Scott, also felt this way because he commented on the video "Dada. I'm [on the way] back momma." Travis recently opened up about what life as a new dad is like on The Ellen Degeneres Show, saying, "when you first have a baby in your arms, it's just, like, it's uncontrollable. It's like this whole, like, warp that takes over your whole body. I never thought I could just, like, love something so hard, you know? It's crazy."

While Travis thought this video was adorable, there were some haters who just weren't about it. "The fact that Kylie Jenner wanted Stormi’s first words to be “Kylie Cosmetics” and not “mama” KILLS ME," one person wrote on Twitter.

Based on Kylie's emoji choices, though, it seems pretty obvious she was just having some with Stormi and her followers. It's like she's not aware people thought she was really going to name her daughter Lip-Kit. Who knows, maybe she is serious and her next kid will be called Lip-Kit. We'll just have to wait and see.
